Golf Son Parc Menorca

Son Parc Golf, is Menorca’s only golf course on the island, making it a destination well worth a visit for those golf enthusiasts visiting Menorca. Situated in the north of the island the course is built into the natural landscape surrounded by lush greenery and pine forests, providing not only a challenging game but also stunning views.

Designed by the talented golf course designer Dave Thomas, who also designed the Brabazon Course at The Belfry built the course in 1977. Today, it’s a par 71 18 hole golf course that challenges both beginners and experienced golfers. The signature hole is undoubtedly its 8th hole, a 149 yard par 3 where golfers must make a precise tee shot over a lake to reach the green.

There are excellent facilities at Son Parc including a driving range, a putting green and a chipping area. The pro shop is well equipped with the latest golfing apparel and where you can hire clubs and a buggy or book a lesson with the pro Gustavo Flammia.

The clubhouse provides a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere where players or visitors can relax after a game either inside or outside on the large patio overlooking the course. The bar and restaurant Sa Bouera D’es golf offers both local and international cuisine. The golf course is open 365 days a year and is easily accessible from the west and east of the island. From Mahon it’s a 25 minute journey, from Ciutadella it’s a 40min journey. In summary its a well-designed course with comprehensive facilities including driving range, tennis courts, a swimming pool and restuarant.
